We are still on the verge of being homeowners. The price is agreed upon but there are a few other details being worked out. However, we are still hanging on the side of a cliff because the seller has said he will not repair anything. So everything is hanging on the inspection which is next week….I am so excited and nervous. There are so many what-ifs….but I keep reminding myself if it is meant to be it will.
